Exterior Painting Process
Powerwash
We will come to your home a few days before painting to powerwash. We apply a chemical treatment to remove algae and mildew to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Surface Prep

Remove all loose and peeling paint. Scrape and sand depending on your home’s needs

Prime all bare wood

Caulk around window and door frames

Patch holes in wood with wood putty
Painting

We provide one and two coat options depending on your home’s needs.

We use high quality Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paints.

Brush and roll or spray application. We will recommend the best option for your home.
Clean Up
While we clean up at the end of each day, we do a thorough clean up at the end of the job.
Final Inspection

Our job site foreman will walk around to inspect the finished product.

Throughout the job the foreman will periodically walk around the house with you to address questions show you the progress.

We will walk around your freshly painted home with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied before we collect the final payment.
